Childrens Registered Manager

Our client is looking for an exceptional leader with Residential Child Care Management experience which demonstrates success at delivering a full and outstanding child care home.
Applicants must have a minimum residential care qualification QCF Level 5 or Managers NVQ Level 3 Management qualification. We will also consider outstanding applicants who can demonstrate an aptitude in management.
Exceptional Working knowledge and the Incorporation of:
• Children’s Homes, National Minimum Standards
• Children Act 2010.
Key responsibilities will be:
5+ years experience of working with children with challenging and emotional behaviour in a residential care setting. Have a minimum of 2 years managerial experience in a residential setting, including staff supervision and development.
Skills and Experience:
• Budget management
• Experience of managing change.
Commercial awareness in a child centred business
